2. Leveling machine wall panel: It is the main part of the leveling machine. It is rough-machined from 45# steel after tempering. The bearing position is fine-machined by CNC computer gongs to ensure processing accuracy.
3. Leveling rollers: ¢50mm *13 pieces, arrangement of leveling rollers: upper 6 (movable) and lower 7 (fixed). The material is high-quality bearing steel GCR15. It is processed after quenching and tempering. The hardness of the roller is 55±2º after vacuum heat treatment. The surface of the drum is ground, plated with hard chromium and then finely ground. The hard chromium layer on the surface is ≧0.05mm.
3. Support roller: The support roller is used to support the leveling roller to ensure that the leveling roller does not deform during work. Each of the upper and lower rollers has one set evenly distributed in the middle. The clearances are adjusted before leaving the factory. Customers do not need to adjust. The support roller is composed of multiple roller bearings arranged in parallel, which has high precision and can withstand large forces.
4. Synchronous gear box: The wall panel of the synchronous gear box is made of 45# steel quenched and tempered and processed by CNC computer. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 40Crmo quenched and tempered. The surface hardness is above 55º after high-frequency treatment, and the surface is blackened after grinding. There are multiple gears for synchronous transmission, extending out 13 power connectors.
5. Universal joint: used for universal transmission, connected between the gear box and the drum to achieve power transmission, so that the 13 rollers are all power rollers and rotate synchronously. Both sides of the universal joint are connected in a square shape, making it easy to disassemble and replace.
6. Motor reducer: The leveling motor is a 5.5KW motor matched with a 1:59 cycloidal pinwheel reducer that directly drives the synchronous gearbox transmission. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer has high efficiency and stability, with surface output and small backlash and backlash.
7. Adjust the lifter: Adjust the lifter to mainly control the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, and adjust the leveling gap to control the leveling effect.
