The metal plate is leveled by multiple sets of rollers of the leveling machine to achieve a smooth effect. The quadruple high-precision leveling machine uses support rollers installed between the upper and lower rows of leveling work rollers and support bearings (wheels) to form a four-fold roller structure with two upper and lower rows; the force on the leveling rollers is evenly distributed. , with good structural rigidity, small deflection deformation of the work roll, high leveling accuracy, and stroke harmonic attenuation straightening, which fundamentally solves the common problems of ordinary leveling such as uneven leveling, easy roll marks, workpiece sagging, and sickle bends. It can improve the correction accuracy of the plate and has a wide range of applications. There will be no rolling marks left on the surface of the material and the correction accuracy is high.

1. STS-A series high-precision leveling machines are currently divided into STS-400A STS-600A STS-700A. For larger widths, please call us for consultation and customization. It is suitable for metal circles, sheets, and strips with a thickness of 0.5-4.0mm. As well as precision roller leveling of various stamping products, mainly for leveling materials with high surface requirements such as aluminum plates, copper plates, stainless steel plates, iron, etc., which will not deform and rebound after leveling;
2. Leveling rollers: ¢42mm *21 pieces, arrangement of leveling rollers: upper 10 (movable) and lower 11 (movable). The material is high-quality bearing steel GCR15. It is processed after quenching and tempering. The hardness of the roller is 55±2º after vacuum heat treatment. (Bearing steel can be processed to a maximum hardness of 55 degrees, and will easily break when processed to 60 degrees;). The surface of the drum is ground, plated with hard chromium and then finely ground. The hard chromium layer on the surface is ≧0.05mm.
3. Support roller: The support roller is used to support the leveling roller to ensure that the leveling roller does not deform during work. There are multiple sets of upper and lower rollers evenly distributed in the middle. The gaps are all adjusted before leaving the factory. Customers do not need to adjust. The support roller is composed of multiple roller bearings arranged in parallel, which has high precision and can withstand large forces.
4. Gear transmission: used for gear transmission, connected between the gear box and the drum to achieve power transmission, so that the 21 drums are all power rollers and rotate synchronously.
5. Adjust the lifter: Adjust the lifter to mainly control the lifting and lowering of the upper roller, and adjust the leveling gap to control the leveling effect. It consists of two 2.5T worm gear lifters. The handwheel rotates forward and reverse to control the lifting and lowering of the lifters to adjust the leveling effect. There are 2 compression springs installed on the top to eliminate the gap of the worm gear and achieve precise adjustment.
6. Control system: This machine uses Delta inverter to control the operating speed, which can be adjusted freely with manual knobs. The main control system is concentrated in an electric control box, which is hung on the side of the machine at a convenient location. The operation panel is simple, easy to understand and easy to operate. Install emergency stop switches at conspicuous locations at the four corners of the machine to ensure safe operation!
7. Auxiliary pallet for incoming and outgoing materials: The pallet is made of thick-walled stainless steel pipes. There are supporting plates for both incoming and outgoing materials to assist in leveling the plates for incoming and outgoing materials.
